The Indoor Free Flight XYZ-EZB is Complete!
What a Journey! What started out as a simple fascination with Indoor Free Flight Modeling, became an all winter long exercise in building and refining! ‘Obsession’ was a word often used! Since this falls into the category of Hobby, a decision was made to document the journey and any useful information which comes from it. The Blog has several articles on the journey so feel free to take a look! However, the purpose of this article is announce the drawings and templates are now available on the site for download, for the XYZ-EZB!
To get to an acceptable flying weight of less than 2.0g, over 9 different builds occurred to learn the techniques and materials. These drawings and plans reflect the model(s) that met the specifications. From these plans, you can build 3 different wings, 2 different stabilizers and 2 different fins. This should keep you busy learning and learning! If you start down this path, get ready for some build challenges and lots of fun! Would love to see your Indoor Free Flight XYZ-EZB pictures someday!
Below you will find a link to the build instructions along with several other useful links. Also included is a “SHARE LIST” Icon which makes it easier to send to others or post up the group of documents.
