The AMA is the heart of Model Aeronautics and their website should be bookmarked as your homepage! Their efforts to maintain interest in the flying hobbies and to protect all of our interests is very much appreciated and goes unrewarded for the most part. Valuable information, posts, schedules and so much more can be found here, for both the beginner and expert alike. If you have not, please join and support!
American Kitefliers Association is hands down, the best place to start if you love kites, or you want to learn more about flying kites. So much valuable information here. Bookmark it and frequent them!
National Association of Rocketry is the place to go if you are an amatuer rocket flyer! You would be surprised at the competitive level of this section of the flying hobbies, so once again, bookmark their page and visit it often.
